Due to changes in the authentication system, services for Microsoft 365 Apps (Office) that require authentication with your Keio ID will be affected.
During the period below, you may be unable to launch Office applications, save or edit files, access OneDrive, and perform other related tasks.

Thursday, November 20, 2025, 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM (Scheduled)

Affected Scope

  • PCs installed in computer rooms, workstation rooms, and self-study areas such as libraries on all campuses
  • PCs permanently installed on lecterns in general classrooms on all campuses
  • Loaned student PCs
  • Office installed on personal PCs
  • Office on the web (online version)
  • All Microsoft 365 Apps services, including OneDrive

Launching Office applications, saving/editing files, accessing OneDrive Affected Users

Affected Users

All users authenticating with their Keio ID to use Microsoft 365 Apps (Office)
* Users who use the service with an account in the format xxxx@adst.keio.ac.jp are not affected.
