Identity Verification for User Account Application
Those applying for the use of Hiyoshi Information Technology Center services will be required to present a proof of identification at the time of submitting an application. To make a request at the counter, personally submit a request form to the Hiyoshi ITC counter. And submit an ID card to confirm your identity. This is a required procedure to prevent problems caused by identity theft and to comply with the terms and conditions of the software license agreements that are in force.

Services that require identity verification at the time of application are as follows:
- Registration of ITC Account / Resetting Password
- Network Access to Faculty / Research Offices
- 授業・研究室以外でのネットワーク利用について
- Software Lisence Usage
- PC Rentals
Identity verification will also be performed for applications via 'keio.jp' (password change, reissue of activation keys, Keio ID inquires, etc.).
