When your password is not recognized or authentication fails.

  1. Did you make any key entry errors?

Please reenter not only your password, but your user name.

  2. Were Caps Lock or Num Lock not on?

These lock accidentally, particularly on a Note PC.

  3. Is you password that for your [ITC Account]?

The password for the [keio.jp] that was issued to new students as they enroll cannot be used to log in to an installed PC. A separate ITC account and accompanying password are necessary. In the case where a user does not have an ITC account, it is necessary to request and prepare an account at the ITC office.

If your problem is not yet solved, please carry out password reissuing procedures at the ITC office.
