Continuous Use Application of ITC Account for Academic Year 2020

For ITC account holders who paid the account fee via stamps (5,000 yen for a year, 2,500 yen for a half year) or money transfer from research funding , please submit the application for continuous use, if you want to use the account in academic year 2020.

To submit the application, please visit the nearest ITC office with your ID (student card, driver's license, passport, ID card for Shinanomachi campus, etc).

For correspondence course students, please visit Hiyoshi or Mita ITC office.

The accounts (including available services) which were NOT applied for continuous use will be disabled after July 1 (Mon), 2020. (April 24 Update)

Please buy the stamps at the certificate ticket vending machine of Office of Student Services on the 1st floor of Forth Building Independence Wing before submitting the application to Hiyoshi ITC. (The stamps cannot be bought at Hiyoshi ITC.) (The certificate ticket vending machine is working from 8:45am to 4:45pm on weekdays.))
