Updating keio.jp authentication system (The Third report)
keio.jp authentication system gradually update to a new system over the course of several years. Because it provid more flexible ID management and rapid authentication integration with services both within and outside the university.
Due to this system update, the keio.jp authentication system will be stopped and changes will be made in the use of keio.jp.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, and appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Suspension of keio.jp authentication system
During the following time and date, you will not be able to log in to all applications that require keio.jp authentication.-

Changes due to system updates
It will be as follows

Login URL:
The login URL will remain "https://keio.jp", and the design of the authentication screen will not change.
However, the authentication screen URL after login will change from "https://keio2024.okta.com/...".
If you have bookmarked the authentication screen URL "https://keio2024.okta.com/...", please update it to "https://keio.jp".
For how to update bookmarks in each browser, refer to the links below.

Keio ID and Password:
Your Keio ID and password will remain unchanged before and after the update.
However, if you have saved your password in a password manager, it may no longer be filled in automatically.
Please log in using the Keio ID and password saved for "keio2024.okta.com" in your password manager.
For how to check saved passwords in each browser, refer to the links below. Also, if you do not log in to keio.jp even once between September 15, 2024 and September 14, 2025, you will be required to reset your password.
If you cannot log in, please visit the nearest ITC office or contact us using the inquiry form below.
Multi-Factor Authentication

End of current Multi-Factor Authentication:
The current MFA settings will not be carried over and will end on September 14, 2025 (planned, backup date: September 15).
If you have not configured MFA in the new system in advance, the login will revert to ID and password authentication.

Early configuration of new system MFA:
You will be able to configure and test MFA in the new system from July (planned)
However, it will only be effective as keio.jp authentication starting September 14, 2025 (planned, backup date: September 15).
Instructions on how to set up MFA in the new system will be provided on this page in July.

Keio University GakuNin System

Information sent to the service:
The screen of information sent to each service in the In the Keio University GakuNin System can currently be selected by the user to be displayed only when the service is accessed for the first time, displayed each time the information to be sent is changed, or displayed every time the information is changed. However, after the system is updated, it will be displayed every time you access a service.
The screen design is also expected to change.
The information listed here may be subject to change.
