Request to Update Your Wireless LAN (keiomobile2 / eduroam) Settings and Change Wired LAN Authentication (for ITC Account Users)

As a result, ITC Account authentication for Wireless LAN (keiomobile2 / eduroam) and authenticated Wired LAN will no longer be available. If your device is configured to use an ITC Account, you may no longer be able to connect to the campus network after FY2026.

Therefore, please complete the following actions.

What you need to do:
＊ If your device is configured to connect to Wireless LAN using an ITC Account, please change the settings to use your Keio ID (keio.jp account) by the end of FY2026.
　　Please refer to the "Check and Setup Procedure (Wireless LAN)" section below.
＊ If you use authenticated Wired LAN, please change the authentication account to your Keio ID (keio.jp account).
＊ If your device is already configured to use a Keio ID (keio.jp account), no action is required.

Check and Setup Procedure (Wireless LAN):

1. Check whether your device is affected
Please check whether your current Wireless LAN settings are configured with an ITC Account.
Refer to the following instructions. If your device is configured with an ITC Account, proceed to Step 2.

　　Windows PC: The current authentication setting cannot be confirmed. If your device may have been configured using an ITC Account, please proceed to Step 2.

2. Reconfigure Wireless LAN
If Step 1 confirms that your device is configured with an ITC Account, please reconfigure Wireless LAN using your Keio ID (keio.jp account).

＊ If you do not update your settings, you may be unable to connect to the campus network from FY2027 onward.
＊ We expect a large number of inquiries near the end of FY2026. Please complete the update as early as possible.
