Notice for students voluntarily leaving Keio University in March, 2019 (regarding use of keio.jp)

Individuals who will be leaving Keio University at the end of this semester upon voluntary withdrawal (this does not include leaving the university upon earning the prescribed credits in a doctoral course) will lose access to all applications associated with their “keio.jp” account, with the exception of Keio Mail. The cut-off time is 8:30 a.m. on March 31 (Sun.), 2019. In cases of voluntary withdrawal, Keio Mail can be used for a transition period of one year. E-mails to your Keio Mail account can also be forwarded during this one-year period.

∗Individuals who will stay enrolled at Keio University as a full-time degree student after April 2019 for entry into graduate school, etc., will continue to be able to use all applications associated with their “keio.jp” account.

∗Individuals leaving Keio University will also lose access to G Suite and Box so they will need to back up their data by following the instructions provided.
