[Keio Mail] Web-based e-mail Attach file(s) Problem and Coping Process on Compose screen

We detected the Attach file(s) problem on "Compose" screen of Keio Mail
(Web-based e-mail) after releasing new version on September 7, 2013
due to old browser cache.

Please try the following operation if you have the above trouble.

[Internet Explorer]
1. Click the Tools button, point to Safety, and then click Delete browsing history.
2. Clear the Preserve Favorites website data check box.
3. Click Delete.
4. Close the window once, and launch Internet Explorer, then login and try to attach file(s) again.

[Firefox]
1. Click the Tools, Options.
2. Click the Privacy tab.
3. Click Clear Recent History link.
4. Select "Everything" from the drop-down menu next to Time range to clear.
5. Check all for Details.
6. Click Clear Now.
7. Click OK.
8. Close the window once, and launch Firefox, then login and try to attach file(s) again.
