Problem with Windows PCs that cannot display and connect to the campus wireless network

We have confirmed that Windows PCs using older drivers for the Intel® Wireless Adapter after the wireless LAN equipment update conducted during the summer break will not display the wireless network and will not be able to connect.
If your driver is older than the one listed below, please install the latest driver.

How to check:
1. Right-click the Start button at the bottom left of the screen.
2. From the Quick Access Menu, click Device Manager (M).
3. Click > to the left of Network Adapters.
4. Right-click on Intel® Wireless or Intel® Dual Band Wireless-AC to open the properties.
5. Select the Driver tab and the version listed will be the version you are currently using.
