Instructions on Use of PC Rooms

Eating, drinking, and smoking are prohibited in the Computer rooms.
Common courtesy also obliges you to avoid speaking loudly, using your mobile phone, or engaging in any other behavior that may damage the electronics or distract others from their work.
Similarly, it is never appropriate to “stake out” a place for later use. Any items left to suggest this (bags, clothes, books, etc.) will be promptly removed.
Do not leave your computer unattended while logged in as it leaves your account vulnerable to damage or abuse.
Do not shut down the machine directly by pressing the Power Button. Finish using PCs properly by clicking on the Start button and selecting the “Shut Down” option from the menu.
